Amazon announces its plans to offer Apple TV+ on Prime Video in the U.S. by the end of this month.

On Thursday, Bloomberg reported that Mike Hopkins, the Senior Vice President of Amazon Prime Video, shared that Apple TV+ subscriptions will be sold through Prime later this month.

Amazon sells over 100 streaming services through its platform, allowing customers to watch programs from Max, Paramount+, and Hallmark within Prime Video. Users can now stream Apple TV+ shows and movies directly through Prime Video. Although neither company has disclosed the exact launch date or additional benefits, Apple TV+ through Prime Video is available for $9.99 a month, which is the same as how much the subscription would cost through Apple.

Apple TV+ is one of the few major streaming services, along with Netflix and Walt Disney properties, that are difficult to find online. Although Apple has invested heavily in original content over the past few years, earning industry acclaim, it still falls short of Netflix or Amazon in terms ofregardings.

“What we offer channel partners is hundreds of millions of subscribers around the world,” Hopkins remarked. “Having this engagement around the world with Prime Members accessing Prime Video is a real great platform for other partners to be able to reach them.”
