Trash War: Resident Accuses Neighbor of Tossing Cigarette Butts, Condoms from Window

A frustrated resident of a Seoul apartment has come forward with claims that a neighbor has been tossing various types of trash out the window for years, causing significant distress.

It is reported that a resident of an apartment in Seoul has been causing damage by throwing all kinds of out the window. The photo shows a contraceptive device that fell from above. / YouTube channel JTBC News

The resident, who spoke to JTBC’s current affairs program Crime Chief, shared that the neighbor has been discarding items such as cat litter mixed with feces, cigarette butts, and even used condoms. “At one point, a flowerpot fell and shattered, and trash also landed on other residents’ cars, which led to police involvement. But despite that, the problem hasn’t stopped,” the resident explained.

Frustrated with the ongoing situation, they recently took the issue to the apartment management office. “A warning notice will be posted soon in the building,” the resident said. “While it’s difficult to prove that all the trash is from the same household, I am incredibly angry and fed up.”

The situation quickly sparked outrage online, with commenters expressing shock and disbelief. Some left comments like, “This is insane,” and “Throwing out contraceptive devices? That’s unbelievable,” while others pointed out, “There are some really strange people out there.”
