TWICE Sets the Stage for Global Domination with Pre-Single Release on February 2nd

The group TWICE is set to release their pre-release single “I GOT YOU” on February 2nd, 2024.

JYP Entertainment recently heightened expectations of worldwide fans for TWICE’s new year activities by showing the spring-themed announcement image titled ‘TWICE 2024 Spring’.

At midnight on the 15th, the news of the pre-release single was revealed through TWICE’s official SNS channel, drawing cheers. According to this, TWICE will release their new single “I GOT YOU” at 2 p.m. on February 2nd, stretching their legs for the ‘Year of the Blue Dragon’.

On the 12th, it was announced that TWICE will hold a solo concert at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, USA on March 16th, 2024 (local time) along with the poster of the encore performance of TWICE’s fifth world tour ‘TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE”. TWICE, who made history as ‘the first girl group in the world’ to sell out at the Sofi Stadium in LA and MetLife Stadium in New York, expands their achievements with a solo concert in Las Vegas, marking it as their ‘third North American stadium show’.

Opened in Seoul in April 2023, TWICE’s fifth world tour continued in Australia, Japan, North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc., making fans all over the world excited. As part of this tour, the nine members will continue the heat with a total of 45 performances in 26 regions worldwide, including Nagoya, Japan on December 16th-17th, Jakarta, Indonesia on the 23rd, Fukuoka, Japan on 27th-28th, Mexico City, Mexico on February 2nd-3rd, Sao Paulo, Brazil on 6th-7th, and Las Vegas, USA on March 16th.

TWICE shone brightly with their global popularity this year, proving their presence as the ‘top global girl group’. As evidence, they ranked in a total of six charts including the ‘Billboard 200 Albums’ comprehensive chart with ‘READY TO BE’ and ‘BETWEEN 1&2’ on the 2023 year-end chart (YEAR-END CHARTS) announced by Billboard. They also ranked 7th in ‘Top 10 K-pop Artists with the Most Streams’ and 26th in ‘Top Group Playlist with the Most Streams in 2023’, and 10th in ‘Top Group Philippines’ on the ‘2023 Wrapped Year-End’ chart announced by the global music streaming platform Spotify.
