Tom Cruise’s daughter, Suri Cruise, was recently spotted freely strolling the streets of New York.

Her modest attire and the small food she held in her hand perfectly captured the simplicity of a 17-year-old girl.

Now a young lady, Suri Cruise has grown up from a little girl. How is she doing these days?

According to Page Six, Suri Cruise made her stage debut in high school with a drama, The Addams Family: A New Musical, by playing Morticia Addams.

One audience member expressed their admiration through the media, saying, “She was amazing.”

On stage, Suri thanked her teacher, friends who shared the stage with her, and the production team instead of mentioning her parents’ names.

It shows that she is not following the typical path of a “Nepo baby.”

Suri has been in the spotlight since birth, thanks to her famous parents, spending her childhood with paparazzi following her every move.

Her baby pictures are so well-known that people still see Suri as a baby.

As the daughter of a world-renowned actor, her family has had paparazzi around them since birth.

Perhaps due to her parents, the name Suri Cruise has received explosive attention from the public.

However, about six years after Suri was born, in 2012, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes divorced, and Suri ended up living only with her mother, Katie Holmes.

Since Katie Holmes won custody, it seems that Tom Cruise has been supporting Suri with child support payments.

According to a news outlet, SheKnows, Tom Cruise’s child support payments are over $33,000 a month, which is $400,000 annually.

This was one of the main demands during Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ divorce proceedings; Tom should pay them monthly until Suri’s 18th birthday on April 18, 2024. It is reported that he would also cover Suri’s college tuition fees.

After her parents’ divorce, Suri reportedly hasn’t been able to meet her father, Tom Cruise.

Tom Cruise is known to have avoided meeting his daughter due to religious reasons.

In 2018, there were reports by media that Suri had sent heartfelt letters, phone calls, and voice messages to Tom Cruise, pleading for him to come home.

In response, Tom Cruise told the media that he would prepare to meet his daughter, but a proper meeting with her father has not yet occurred.

Suri was often seen in photos with her mother, Katie Holmes. A picture of them wearing jeans went viral, and their model-like figures became a hot topic.

Suri, who has inherited her mother’s long arms and legs, caught people’s attention with her maturity compared to her younger days.

Movie Top Gun, Backgrid

Inheriting the DNA of her Hollywood parents, Suri shows a passion for acting.

She attended acting school and took acting lessons from her mother after school, showing determination.

In 2022, she sang one of the OSTs of a movie that Katie directed, wrote, and starred in, and in April of last year, she also sang the OST for “Rare Objects” of Amazon Prime.

Suri, who was once a pretty baby in our memories, graduated from high school this June and is already preparing for college next year.

She plans to study fashion in New York City. We are excited to see how Suri will grow as a fashion designer.
