maxmovie Views

The comeback of Kung Fu Panda has captivated audiences, attracting over 1 million viewers and becoming the first animation of the year to achieve this milestone.

Data from the Integrated Computer Network for Movie Admission Tickets on the 21st revealed that Kung Fu Panda 4 amassed 1,138,142 viewers, with 141,456 attendees on the 20th alone.

Remarkably, this feat was accomplished within 11 days of its release on the 10th. Kung Fu Panda 4 marks a fresh addition to the beloved series, returning after an 8-year hiatus with a new and captivating storyline.

It depicts the challenge of Po, the Dragon Warrior, against the villain chameleon that duplicates the abilities of all Kung Fu masters. Actor Jack Black consistently takes on the role of voice actor for Po.

Kung Fu Panda 4‘s milestone of reaching 1 million viewers in just 11 days mirrors the pace set by Elemental (with a total of 7.24 million viewers), which was released in 2023. It surpasses The First Slam Dunk (4.87 million viewers) by three days.

The consistent appeal to family audiences fueled this achievement. Establishing itself as a film enjoyed by both children and parents alike, Kung Fu Panda 4 crossed the 1 million viewer mark on the second Saturday following its release.
