The rising K-pop boy group Riize successfully completed their concert in Los Angeles, USA, as part of their first fan-con tour.

The 2024 Riize FAN-CON RIIZING DAY in LA took place on May 20th at the Peacock Theater. The concert featured performances of Riize‘s hit songs, tracks from their upcoming mini-album slated for release on June 17th, including “Impossible,” “9 Days,” “Honestly,” and “One Kiss,” as well as various interactive elements and programs like games and talks, all of which drew enthusiastic reactions from the audience.

A game segment designed to allow fans to enjoy Riize‘s Real-time Odyssey was one of the highlights of the concert. Depending on the results of the older team vs younger team competition, members had to carry out penalties at the next concert location. Related videos were also uploaded to their official social media account, creating positive reactions to the well-connected tour. This time, the sight of Eun Seok jogging and Sung Chan successfully doing 100 push-ups gained laughter.

Before the gate opened on the day of the concert, an official Riize merchandise zone was set up, and local fans lined up to purchase t-shirts, slogans, keyrings, and other items, which quickly sold out. When “Get A Guitar” was played as the audience entrance BGM, the seated audience stood up to sing along and follow the point choreography, creating a festive atmosphere even before the concert started.

Furthermore, influential local media and platform representatives such as Billboard, Rolling Stone, Bloomberg, Spotify, and Amazon Music, along with LA-born choreographer Josh Price, who is known for creating the choreography for “Siren,” attended the concert, attracting attention to Riize‘s global activities.

Riize expressed their feelings about the concert, saying, “LA is where we shot our first music videos, which are ‘Memories,’ and ‘Get A Guitar’ and where we made our pre-debut stage at KCON LA. So we have many good memories here. Having a fan-con in LA is even more meaningful for us. We were happy every moment this time, and we will grow even more to enjoy it more excitingly next time. Let’s meet again then.”

Meanwhile, Riize‘s first fan-con tour will continue at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on June 1st.
