NewJeans Launches ‘How Sweet’ Pop-Up Store with a Nostalgic Twist!

joynews24 Views

NewJeans is opening an offline pop-up store in South Korea for fans to enjoy their double single “How Sweet.”

From June 5 to 17, NewJeans’ How Sweet POP-UP will be held at Line Friends Square in Sinsa. IPX, formerly Line Friends and now the official business partner for NewJeans IP merchandise will join the event.

Known for their unique space arrangements, NewJeans will design this pop-up as a vintage record shop. Real records reminiscent of LPs will be placed inside to create a nostalgic atmosphere and fans can take commemorative pictures in a large photo zone decorated with promotional posters.

With the combination of IPX’s creativity and NewJeans’ unique charm, the merchandise for the pop-up is attracting attention. Titled the “NewJeans Coller Edition,” the merch line-up features a rabbit ear-shaped string bag and a furry bunny keyring. Fans look forward to the Bunini plush and sound keyring, a collab between the NewJeans mascot rabbit (TOKKI) and IPX’s minini.

T-shirts, keyrings, magnetic smartphone holders, metal screw pins, and more designed by IPX based on the “How Sweet” outfits are anticipated to be popular. Additionally, products such as acrylic photo keyrings, photo pins, bookmarks, and acrylic frames using the NewJeans members’ portraits are waiting to captivate fans.

NewJeans’ How Sweet POP-UP will operate through online and on-site reservations for the convenience of visitors. Online reservations start May 31 at 11 AM KST and can be confirmed through Line Friends’ social media.

NewJeans met with fans at various music shows and college festivals since their double single “How Sweet” and second track “Bubble Gum” were released on May 24. While both songs are on the rise, they are set to appear on KBS2’s Music Bank and at the Chung Ang University Festival on May 31.
