Ariana Grande is bringing her talent to HYBE America (HBA).

According to HYBE on the 14th, Grande signed a new business partnership agreement with HYBE’s U.S. subsidiary, HBA.

While both sides have not disclosed the specific contract period and conditions, it is known that the existing management contract has been converted into a partnership contract with updated terms.

As the first step under this contract, Grande will join HYBE’s fan platform, Weverse. Weverse, which has been steadily expanding its lineup to include not only domestic artists but also international artists, will gain a significant boost with the addition of Grande.

Furthermore, HYBE America plans to explore various opportunities, including continuing its collaboration with Grande’s beauty brand, REM Beauty.

Grande first became associated with Scooter Braun’s company, Ithaca Holdings, under the SB Project back in 2013. She later became part of the HYBE America family through the HYBE acquisition/merger (M&A) of Ithaca Holdings in 2021.

Grande is a singer-songwriter and actress. Recognized for her exceptional vocal and expressive abilities, as well as her high level of musicality, she has released numerous mega-hit songs throughout her career.

Most recently, her 7th album Eternal Sunshine topped the Billboard 200 on March 23, and the track “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)” from this album reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In 2019, she showed her potential by simultaneously sweeping the 1st to 3rd places on Billboard’s Hot 100 with her 5th album Thank U, Next. This is her first as a solo artist, female artist, and American singer with her being the second among singers worldwide, following The Beatles in 1964.

HYBE is strengthening its competitiveness in the U.S. market to be positioned as a leader in the global entertainment industry. It expanded its scope by acquiring and merging with Ithaca Holdings in 2021 and QC Media Holdings in 2023, the top hip-hop label in the United States. HYBE America is responsible for the management of global pop stars such as Justin Bieber, The Kid LAROI, Ozuna, and rapper Kaliii.
