According to foreign media such as Variety, the script for Season 2 of One Piece has already been completed. However, as the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) have been on an indefinite strike since May, it is expected that the production of the second season will not start until the strike is resolved.
