Big Hit Music

BTS’s Jungkook has achieved platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) with his solo song “Seven.”

According to the RIAA on the 6th (local time), Jungkook earned the platinum certification with his solo single “Seven” by selling over one million units.

Jungkook also received the RIAA gold certification last year for the song “Left and Right” (Feat. Jung Kook of BTS), a collaboration with Charlie Puth, which sold over 500,000 units.

With “Seven,” released last July, Jungkook dominated multiple charts, including the Billboard main song charts Hot 100 and Global 200, demonstrating his presence as a global artist.

His first solo studio album, GOLDEN, released on the 3rd, continued this momentum by achieving double million-selling and topping the Oricon Daily album single chart in Japan on its release.
