North Korea Alleges Spying on U.S. Naval and Air Bases Everyday

North Korea claimed on the 30th that it had photographed U.S. and Japanese military bases with an army reconnaissance satellite. The Korean Central News Agency reported that the National Aerospace Development Administration’s Pyongyang Comprehensive Control Center had said to the Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, Kim Jong Un. They showed the test photos taken by the reconnaissance satellite and details about the precise control of the satellite on the previous day.

San Diego Naval Base was photographed at 2:24:50 am Pyongyang time on the 29th, and Kadena Air Base was photographed at 10:16:42 am.

Kim also received footage of the Suez Canal in Egypt at 4:36:51 pm on the 29th. The agency reported that Kim Jong Un expressed great expectations and satisfaction with the project.

Since the launch of the military reconnaissance satellite Manrikyong 1 on the night of the 21st, North Korea has claimed to have photographed the Korean peninsula. Also, major U.S. military bases in Guam and Hawaii and the White House and Pentagon in the U.S. However, North Korea has not released any related photos.

North Korea has announced that Malligyong-1 will undergo a precise control process and officially start its reconnaissance mission on December 1.
