BTS’s J-Hope’s special album, “HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1”, will be released on March 29 at 1 p.m. Along with the album, a documentary series related to the album will be sequentially unveiled from the day before the album’s release.

According to Big Hit Music on the 19th, “HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1” is an album themed around street dance, which is at the root of J-Hope’s artistic expression. The album contains six tracks showcasing solo artist J-Hope’s evolved capabilities.

J-Hope organically planned this special album and the documentary series of the same name from the beginning. He simultaneously produced music and videos sharing the same dance theme, expressing his intended message more three-dimensionally. J-Hope had meaningful interactions with dancers of various genres in Osaka, Japan, Paris, France, New York, USA, and Seoul and Gwangju in Korea before his enlistment.

The six-part documentary series “HOPE ON THE STREET” will premiere at midnight on March 28, with new episodes set to be released every Thursday and Friday. Viewers in Korea can watch it on the online video service (OTT) TVING, and it will be available to viewers in 240 countries/regions worldwide through the US online video service Prime Video.

On his birthday on the 18th, J-Hope posted a video titled “HOPE ON THE STREET’ COMING SOON” on BTS’s official social media, hinting at a new project. Fans worldwide have shown great interest and anticipation for what content he will present.
