Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner’s first crewed test flight has been postponed due to a technical issue discovered again.

On the 1st, Boeing announced that its first Starliner mission carrying astronauts was postponed due to a technical problem.

The Starliner was scheduled to be launched into space on an Atlas V rocket at 9:25 a.m. (Eastern Time) from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. According to CNN, the computer that automatically controls the rocket launch stopped the countdown clock 3 minutes and 50 seconds before liftoff.

Boeing announced that it is focusing on identifying what caused the control computer to automatically stop the countdown immediately after the launch was postponed and ensuring the safe disembarkation of the astronauts.

Starliner attempted its first manned test flight to the International Space Station (ISS) on the 6th of last month. However, the launch was postponed two hours before the countdown due to the oxygen release valve malfunction on the top of the rocket.
