Kim Jong Un Rocks the Runway in a Hoodie: Why This Video Went Viral

Daniel Kim Views

Elon Musk has attracted attention with a video he posted on his social media. In the video, Pope Francis appears in a long white puffer jacket, and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Russian President Vladimir Putin strut down a runway. This obvious fake video has already amassed over 140 million views.

Musk uploaded a video lasting about 1 minute and 20 seconds to his X (formerly Twitter) account. He remarked, “High time for an AI fashion show.”

The AI-generated video features a fashion show runway populated by global leaders and celebrities dressed in outfits that reflect their unique characteristics.

The video opens with Pope Francis appearing in a long white puffer jacket. This AI-generated image of the Pope has already become famous worldwide.

Next, it depicted Putin in a rainbow-colored Louis Vuitton dress, and President Joe Biden seated in a wheelchair, wearing sunglasses and a camo-patterned suit. Former U.S. President Donald Trump was shown wearing an orange prison jumpsuit, while Kim Jong Un was styled in a hoodie with “KIM” emblazoned on it and a gold chain necklace.

Former President Obama is depicted in more than ten different outfits, including those of a Japanese samurai, a Roman warrior, and a player from the NBA’s Chicago Bulls.

Chinese President Xi Jinping makes an entrance wearing clothing decorated with red and yellow bears and holding a teddy bear bag. This ensemble is particularly eye-catching as it resembles the Winnie-the-Pooh character that Xi reportedly dislikes.

The last model was Microsoft founder Bill Gates, who holds a monitor displaying the message, “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.”
