Scaramucci Warns Harris: Ignoring Crypto Could Cost Her the Presidency

Daniel Kim Views

Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, claimed that Kamala Harris could lose the upcoming presidential election if she failed to secure cryptocurrency advocates’ support.

Yesterday, Scaramucci told the blockchain media outlet CoinTelegraph, “Let’s say there are only 25 million people that own crypto in the United States. But let’s say 5% of them are single-issue voters […] If they’re in the swing states of the United States, she will lose the election.”

As White House Communications Director during the Trump administration, Scaramucci acknowledged that the Democratic Party’s stance on the cryptocurrency industry has been a “disaster.”

It seems like most pro-crypto voters supported Trump due to his cryptocurrency campaign. Nonetheless, Scaramucci argued that Trump is not the right candidate for cryptocurrency.

Scaramucci pointed out that while Trump may currently support cryptocurrency, his stance could change and remain inconsistent.
