A recipe that caused a sensation on social media
Revealing the recipe for Avocado Sauce

Making sauce with avocados?! Do you know that avocado sauce is a hit on overseas social media? I was curious about the visuals and thought it would be delicious, so I quickly bought some avocados.

Surprisingly, making this fantastic sauce was easier and tastier than expected. I felt like I had to share this recipe with all of you, so I brought it here in a hurry.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 avocados
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking wine
  • Green onions
  • Green chili peppers
  • Sugar
  • Dried shrimp
  • Lemon (optional)

One spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of water, and a tablespoon of sugar. Put all of these ingredients in a pot and make soy sauce broth.

Before boiling the soy sauce broth, add half a green chili pepper, finely chopped green onions, and about 7-8 dried shrimp.

Adding green chili peppers is essential for the final flavor!

Once it starts boiling vigorously, let it simmer for about a minute, then turn off the heat and leave it as it is.

While the sauce is simmering, let’s prepare the avocados. Cut an avocado in half, and remove the seed with a knife!

Using a potato peeler, carefully slice the avocado into rounds.

Discard all the solid bits from the cooled soy sauce broth and strain only the soy sauce. Let it cool in the refrigerator for about 3 minutes!

After removing it from the refrigerator, add the sliced avocados and lemon slices to the soy sauce. Adding lemon slices gives it a refreshing taste!

Depending on the ripeness of the avocados, you can leave it for half a day to a day. The way to eat avocado sauce is to mix it with rice and eat it together… It’s incredibly delicious!

The subtle aroma of avocado blends well with the chili peppers and is not too spicy. It’s so delicious that you might regret why you made such a small amount while eating it!
