Disney’s Zootopia Themed Plane is Airborne!

China Eastern Airlines has collaborated with Shanghai Disneyland to unveil a special plane themed around the Disney movie Zootopia.

According to China Daily, the Zootopia-themed plane took its first flight from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport on May 24.

The interior and exterior of the place were designed with the concept of the movie Zootopia. The exterior of the aircraft features popular characters from the movie, such as Nick and Judy. Inside the plane, passengers can see various characters on the overhead luggage compartments, and a map of Zootopia Land appears when the seat tables are unfolded.

Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport has specially set up a Zootopia-themed check-in counter. They also plan to enhance the immersive experience for passengers boarding the plane by issuing specially designed boarding passes featuring Zootopia characters.

Vice President of China Eastern Airlines Wan Qingchao stated, “We will strive to deliver joy, kindness, sincerity, and trust to all passengers boarding the Disney Zootopia plane.”

Shanghai Disneyland and China Eastern Airlines have also prepared a limited edition special package that includes airline tickets and Disneyland admission tickets. Reservation methods for these special offers and the flight schedule of the Disney Zootopia airplane can be found on the official China Eastern Airlines website.
