Nickelodeon Land Is Opening in Turkey—And You Can Stay in SpongeBob-Themed Rooms

A new Nickelodeon Land, featuring familiar characters like SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, is set to open in Turkey, drawing attention.

According to Timeout, Nickelodeon Land, a combination resort and theme park, is scheduled to officially open on January 25, 2025, in Antalya, Turkey. Nickelodeon is a channel under Paramount Global in the U.S. known for airing popular animations such as SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and it continues to be the world’s largest children’s channel.

The theme park will offer a variety of attractions, from a massive jellyfish-shaped ride to a 5D theater showcasing Nickelodeon animations. There will also be an interactive exhibit area designed to resemble Bikini City, SpongeBob’s hometown from the show, for children to explore. Visitors can also meet Nickelodeon characters at the nearby resort. Various characters will roam the resort, delighting young guests. Also, guests can stay in rooms with different themes based on famous Nickelodeon animations.
