According to Timeout and other media outlets, the train, which faithfully recreates the iconic locomotive from the movie, departs from London’s Euston Station for a 90-minute round trip. The Polar Express, directed by Robert Zemeckis, also known for Back to the Future, premiered in 2004 and has remained a cherished holiday favorite for nearly two decades.

To heighten the immersive experience, the train plays the film’s enchanting soundtrack throughout the journey. Passengers are served the movie’s signature hot chocolate and cookies, adding a touch of cinematic magic to the ride.

The Polar Express operates daily until December 23, departing every two hours between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
