As spring teases us with warmer days, many people focus on getting a beach body. Exercise and proper nutrition are the most important aspects of a successful diet. It is best to get nutrients through food, but nutritional supplements are also necessary when things are not good. B vitamins are an essential dietary supplement.

Vitamin Bs play an important role in the body’s metabolism. In particular, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12 decompose carbohydrates and convert them into energy. They help the body produce energy and recover from fatigue.

Serotonin, a hormone that regulates emotions, is also a major substance that affects the health of the nervous system and can help reduce stress and control mood. It enables you to focus more on achieving your goals and reduces the psychological burden during your diet.

Eating on an empty stomach is recommended, mainly in the morning or at lunch rather than in the evening. However, for people with gastrointestinal disorders, it is more appropriate to eat after meals.
