Former President Donald Trump stated that if he wins the presidential election in November, he will make his first call to Chinese President Xi Jinping to urge the honor trade agreements.

According to reports from AP and Bloomberg, Trump made these remarks on Monday during a forum held in Pennsylvania, a key battleground state in the upcoming election. He said, “My first call — I’m going to call up President Xi. I’m going to say, ‘You have to honor the deal you made,'”

Trump recalled, “We made a deal. You’d buy $50 billion worth of American farm product,’ and I guarantee you he will buy it, 100% he will buy it,”

When questioned about reports that John Deere, the American agricultural machinery manufacturer, is planning to move its manufacturing facilities to Mexico, Trump responded that such a relocation would result in a 200% tariff on products made at the Mexican John Deere factory.

Trump emphasized that the investigation into the second assassination attempt against him, which occurred on the 15th at a Florida golf course, should be handled by state authorities rather than the FBI. In a statement posted on Truth Social, he accused the FBI and the Department of Justice of mishandling the investigation and downplaying the severity of the assassination attempt.
