North Korean Minister of Information Industry Ju Yong Il and Chinese Ambassador to North Korea Wang Yajun agreed to strengthen cooperation and exchange in various fields, including the information industry, during a meeting on the 13th.

The Chinese Embassy in North Korea announced, “Ambassador Wang Yajun met with Ju Yong Il, the North Korean Ministry of Information Industry, on the 13th.”

Wang, introducing the Chinese-style modernization discussed at the National People’s Congress in China, said, “We will achieve mutual development by strengthening cooperation and exchange in various fields.”

Furthermore, he emphasized, “This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and North Korea, and as it’s the Year of China-North Korea Friendship, China will cooperate with North Korea to implement the important agreements reached by the leaders of both parties and countries, bringing great benefits to the people of both countries.”

The friendship between the two countries is developing and evolving in all areas to meet the demands of the new era.”
