BlackPink (Maybe) in Your Area: Lisa Purchases Mansion in Beverly Hills

Daniel Kim Views

Two years ago, Lisa from Blackpink garnered attention for acquiring a lavish mansion in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul. Now, she’s showcasing her young and rich lifestyle again by purchasing a magnificent mansion in Beverly Hills, California.

On the 16th (local time), Mansion Global, a specialized US real estate media outlet, reported that the KPOP star had acquired a sanctuary in Beverly Hills for $3.95 million. The report detailed that the mansion spans over 1.3 acres (approximately 5,227 square yards), offering a secluded retreat nestled amidst hills for added privacy. Originally constructed in 1924, the mansion underwent extensive renovation and boasts four bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a wooden terrace complete with a pizza oven.

The mansion underwent refurbishment last year, adopting the ambiance of a British countryside manor, while its expansive grounds provide enhanced security. Described as a “very quiet and peaceful space” by the outlet, it offers a serene retreat.

In 2022, Lisa purchased a standalone house in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, boasting a basement and two floors, for 7.5 billion won (approximately $6.3 million) in cash. Recently, Lisa showcased her Seongbuk-dong residence through her agency’s LOUD channel, attracting significant attention.

Additionally, Lisa founded LOUD earlier this year and recently signed a partnership with RCA Records under Sony Music in the United States. She is also slated to appear in season 3 of the HBO drama The White Lotus.
