Right Place, Wrong Person tackles moments of being out of place, a feeling familiar to many. Expected to strike a chord with listeners, the album explores this universal experience that most individuals have encountered at some point in their lives. With 11 tracks, the album showcases alternative genre music with an immersive sound. Notably, RM’s participation in writing all the songs heightens expectations.

Big Hit Music stated, “Right Place, Wrong Person will be filled with the unique color of solo artist RM, distinct from BTS albums. We ask for your anticipation and interest in this album, which focuses on the essence of RM.”

After releasing his second solo album, RM plans to unveil various contents sequentially sequentially.

Meanwhile, RM released his first official solo album, Indigo, in December 2022. This album, which showcases boundary-transcending art through collaborations with musicians of various genres and the art field, received favorable reviews from listeners. RM’s second solo album, coming out after one year and five months, allows a glimpse into his deepened artistic sensibility compared to Indigo.
