Soccer legend David Beckham has returned to Korea after 4 years.

On the 29th, Beckham visited the Adidas flagship brand located in Myeongdong, Seoul, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the launch of Adidas’ Predator soccer cleats.

On this day, David Beckham had a special time meeting with Korean fans.

Beckham looked over various Predator collections released over the past 30 years, including the Predator Precision he wore during the moment he led England to the 2002 World Cup with his picture-perfect free kick, and the Predator Touch he wore during his half-line wonder goal. He also left his autograph in the exhibition space.

Beckham, who attended the talk show, showed a commemorative moment for the 30th anniversary of the Predator with Kim Namil and Choi Jin-chul, who played in the 2002 World Cup wearing Predators, promising football player Go Jong-hyun from Suwon Samsung, and actress Jung Hye-in, who is currently appearing on SBS’s “Goal Bashing Girls”.

Beckham said, “I’m happy to visit Korea after a long time and meet Korean fans. I travel to many places in the world, but Seoul always gives me vitality, so I feel like I get a lot of inspiration every time I come,” and added, “It feels meaningful to attend a special event commemorating the 30th anniversary of Predator.”

A soccer fan who made it through high competition said, “It feels like a dream to have the opportunity to meet England’s legend Beckham, whom I’ve only seen in videos,” and added, “I think I will never forget the moment I met Mr. Beckham.”
