= Making Home Brunch Butter Roll Dinner Roll=
Ingredients: 230g of strong flour, 70g of whole wheat, 6g of instant dry yeast, 30g of sugar, 5g of salt, 1 egg, 160g of water, 40g of butter
1. Mix all the dry ingredients well and put aside.
2. Add the liquids and knead the dough.
3. Once there is no dry part in the dough, add the butter and knead so that it can fully absorb.
4. After kneading for about 20 minutes, shape it into a ball and do the first rise for an hour.
5. Divide the dough into 40-50g pieces, shape them into balls, and do the second rise for 20 minutes.
6. For the dinner roll shape, simply shape them into balls again. For the butter roll shape, make a spiral shape, then roll it out with a rolling pin and roll it up.
7. Let them rise for 50 minutes.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you do an egg wash before you bake, you will get a more golden color.
If you’re going to eat it right away, brush some melted butter on the top after baking.
