Son Heung Min Breaks into Top 4 Soccer Players in Their 30s

Soccer media outlet Transfermarkt announced on the 2nd (local time) the top 10 best soccer players in their 30s for 2024, ranked by market value. Harry Kane (Bayern Munich) was chosen as the best soccer player in his 30s. He is a striker with everything necessary for a forward, including rights, physicality, shooting power, passing skills, technique, and goal-scoring ability.

“He has a tall height and frame at 188cm (6 ft 2 in), making him proficient in physical battles, headers, and ball keeping. His greatest strength is his kicking power and goal-scoring ability. He can skillfully and powerfully shoot according to the situation, whether a curled, long-range, or ground ball shot. His transfer fee is 110 million euros (about $121 million). Following Kane, Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) has been ranked the second-best soccer player in his 30s. Salah’s transfer fee is 65 million euros (about $71 million),” they said.

“Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) has been selected as the third-best soccer player in his 30s. His transfer fee is 60 million euros (about $66 million). After De Bruyne, Son Heung Min was ranked the fourth-best soccer player in his 30s. His transfer fee is 55 million euros (about $60 million). After Son Heung Min, Neymar (Al Hilal SFC) was selected as the fifth-best soccer player in his 30s. His transfer fee is 50 million euros (about $55 million),” they revealed.

The outlet added, “Following Neymar, Hakan Calhanoglu (Inter Milan) is ranked 6th, Ederson (Manchester City) 7th, Andy Robertson (Liverpool) 8th, Fabinho (Al Ittihad) 9th, and Alisson Becker (Liverpool) 10th.”
