According to a report by Yonhap News, the new Five Guys store will open in the Market Zone on the second floor of CONNECT Place, a shopping and cultural complex operated by Hanwha CONNECT, a real estate development and management company.

The new store opening this time will be the largest Five Guys in Korea, with a business area of 5,259 square feet (488.3㎡) and 172 seats. The operating hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Five Guys explained that Seoul Station, frequented by both locals and many foreign tourists, is one of the top locations in downtown Seoul in terms of foot traffic.

Regarding the new store opening, Oh Min-woo, the representative of FG Korea Inc., told Yonhap News, “Seoul Station serves as Seoul’s gateway, attracting individuals from various regions. We anticipate improved accessibility for customers residing outside Seoul.”

To commemorate the opening, Five Guys plans to present the first 100 customers on the 8th with a special gift comprising a Five Guys bag and picnic mat set. In addition, they will give Five Guys stickers to customers who follow the official Five Guys Korea Instagram account.

Currently, Five Guys operates its first to third stores in major downtown Seoul areas, including Gangnam Station, Yeouido The Hyundai Seoul, and Seoul Express Bus Terminal.

Following the fourth store at Seoul Station, Five Guys has outlined ambitious expansion plans to open more than 15 stores in Korea over the next five years.
