North Korea’s Kim Jong Un sent a message of condolence to President Putin regarding the flood damage that occurred in the Orenburg region of Russia, according to the Korean Central News Agency on the 8th.

In the message sent to Putin, Kim Jong Un said, “I extend deep condolences to your government, people, and the victims, hearing the unfortunate news of substantial material losses due to the flooding in the Orenburg region.”

He added, “Under your leadership, I sincerely hope that the Russian government and its people will quickly overcome the aftermath of this natural disaster and that the residents of the affected areas will regain their peace as soon as possible.”
