A Japanese woman named Hirayama Kanae has gone viral after winning approximately 500 prizes and lottery draws over a year.

The South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported that she won approximately 500 prizes worth roughly $70,000 through prize raffles.

“More than half of my household items are prizes I received from raffles,” Kanae shared on a recent TV appearance.

Japanese companies often use online prize raffles as an effective marketing strategy. She said he received various prizes, including pots, lunch boxes, mugs, toys, yoga balls, and snacks. So far, the most expensive prize she won was a car valued at $36,000.

While sharing her secrets to winning prize raffles, she emphasized the importance of registering for draws just before the deadline.

“It’s more likely to catch the staff’s attention,” she shared.

She also highlighted the importance of timing, pointing out that participating during the slowest times of the year increases the likelihood of winning.

Finally, Kanae stressed that diligence is key. “I wake up at 6 AM every day to prepare breakfast for my family, then dive into researching various raffles, meticulously jotting down the latest updates in my notebook. I spend about four hours each day prepping or participating in these raffles,” she explained.
