Jimin of the group BTS has re-entered the U.S. Billboard chart.

According to the latest chart (as of January 27) announced by the U.S. music specialist media Billboard on the 23rd (Korean time), Jimin’s first solo album ‘FACE’ re-entered the main album chart ‘Billboard 200’ at 59th place.

Big Hit Music, the agency, said, “The ‘counterattack’ of ‘FACE’ is interpreted as the LP of ‘FACE’, which started sequential release by country and region from last December, played a big role. The sales volume of the LP, which started to be shipped in the U.S. in mid-January, appears to have been reflected in the ‘FACE’ performance.”

‘FACE’ also entered 2nd place in the ‘Vinyl Album’, setting a tie record for the highest ranking of K-pop solo singers with RM’s solo album ‘Indigo’. It also rose to 1st place in ‘World Album’ and re-entered 4th place in both ‘Top Album Sales’ and ‘Top Current Album’.

The popularity of Jungkook’s solo album ‘Golden’ is still strong. This album was ranked 44th on the ‘Billboard 200’, and its title song “Standing Next to You” climbed to 87th on the main song chart ‘Hot 100′.

NewJeans’ activities also stand out. NewJeas’ second EP ‘Get Up’ climbed to 197th on the ‘Billboard 200’, achieving 26 consecutive weeks on the chart. The title song of this album, “Super Shy”, maintained its ranking for 28 consecutive weeks in both ‘Global (excluding U.S.)’ at 79th and ‘Global 200’ at 121st. Another title song ‘ETA’ was ranked 154th in ‘Global (excluding U.S.)’.

The first English digital single ‘Perfect Night’ by LESSERAFIM has been on the chart for 12 consecutive weeks, ranking 23rd and 37th in ‘Global (excluding U.S.)’ and ‘Global 200’ respectively.
