April group member and actress Lee Na Eun is set to return with the new drama Child Shopping (also known as I Shopping Or Eye Shopping).

On the 31st, her agency, Namoo Actors, announced, “Lee Na Eun will appear in the drama’ Child Shopping.'”

Child Shopping is a drama that portrays the journey of children who move actively for survival and use anger and wounds as weapons, even in tragedy. It is based on a webtoon of the same name, which was serialized on Daum.

Child Shopping has been a topic of discussion for dealing with radical subjects, such as the tragedy of an illegal adoption cartel that buys abandoned children from parents, prices them, sells them, and provides a “refund” service if problems arise while raising the child.

Actresses Yeom Jung Ah and Won Jin Ah are appearing in Child Shopping, and it has become a hot topic as YouTuber Dex is making his first acting challenge.

In the drama, Lee Na Eun is currently filming as “Somi,” a child who was returned after adoption.

In Child Shopping, the main villain is Yeom Jung Ah, who plays “Park Se Hee,” the director of a large hospital and operator of a charity foundation.

“Park Se Hee” is a character who is not what she seems and is the head of an illegal adoption cartel.

Meanwhile, Lee Na Eun debuted in April 2015.

A-Teen

Lee Na Eun drew attention by appearing in the web drama series A-Teen and the drama Extraordinary You.

However, Lee Na Eun halted her activities and eventually withdrew from the group after a bullying controversy erupted in 2020.

In 2021, she was once again embroiled in controversy as a school violence perpetrator. Still, she got away with it when A, who had raised suspicions, was recognized for defamation due to the spread of false facts about the case.

Afterward, Lee Na Eun signed an exclusive contract with the actor management company Namoo Actors in 2022.

She returned after two years as a celebrity in episodes 9 and 10 of Flex X Cop, which started broadcasting on January 26th.

Recently, Lee Na Eun was rumored to be dating soccer player Lee Kang In, but she dismissed it as just a friendship.
