In a recent recording of Boss in the Mirror, Heebap said, “I pay my employees a high salary. I pay them around 12 million won (about US$9,000) before taxes per month,” and added, “For new recruits, the starting salary varies depending on the job, but the producers receive at least 5 million won (about US$3,800).”

Heebap’s impressive salary scale has turned the studio into chaos. Even MC Jeon Hyeon-moo, who has a long career in the entertainment industry, couldn’t believe it and said, “Employees receive 12 million won per month?” He couldn’t continue speaking for a while and jokingly said, “I can even let Heebap slap me if I was her employee.”

She also shared that her goal for cumulative income this year is 3 billion won (about US$2.3 million). Moreover, Heebap mentioned that the advertising fee for each product placement is equivalent to the price of a mid-sized car.

Jeon Hyeon-moo couldn’t help but say, “This is a company,” Kim Sook commented, “This is another level.”
