Plastic surgeon’s tips revealed
How to determine if someone has a beautiful appearance

Are you curious about how people perceive your appearance based on universal beauty standards? With the help of a plastic surgeon’s advice, we introduce a simple way to determine whether you fall on the attractive side or not.

A video titled “If you’ve heard these comments, you’re definitely attractive… how to check your real appearance as seen by others” was previously uploaded on the YouTube channel ‘Plastic Surgery by Kim Jin Woo.’

In the video, the doctor mentioned, “The perception of one’s face is always relative. Others may think you look great, but you might have your own insecurities.”

He continued, “There’s a great way to check how others see your face. When we take a photo, there’s a front and back to the camera. If you look closely, selfies taken in the mirror look similar to how you see yourself, with the left and right sides of your face reversed. However, when taken from the back of the camera, this reversal doesn’t exist, allowing you to see a candid representation of how others see you.”

He also mentioned a method to determine ‘whether you have an attractive face or not.’

The doctor said, “One way to confirm if you’re attractive is if friends or potential partners often say, ‘You look like this celebrity!’ Hearing it once doesn’t count.”

He explained, “If you meet someone and they keep saying, ‘Oh? You look like someone.’ it means you have the image of that person, that celebrity. For example, if you often hear ‘You look like Ko Yoon-Jung’ or ‘You have a Shin Se-Kyung vibe,’ it means you’re attractive.”

Finally, the doctor added another ‘brain-official’ tip. “Additionally, look around yourself. If you find ‘I don’t have many male friends,’ then you’re quite attractive. Because if you’re beautiful, then the men around you would have already confessed their feelings, leaving no male friends around you,” he said.

He added, “For example, if you join a group or a gathering, and at first, people casually chat with you, but as time passes, they try to build a relationship with you actively, like asking you out for a meal, then you’re attractive.”
