A 57-year-old man from Brazil is drawing attention for his remarkably youthful appearance. He is often mistaken for someone in his twenties.

According to The Sun, a British media outlet, Edson Brandao, originally from Teresina, Piaui, Brazil, shared his “Top 10 Tips to Stay Young” on Instagram on the 14th (local time), revealing that he is often mistaken for someone in their twenties.

Brandao was born on February 26, 1967, making him 57 years old. He stated, “I often hear comments like ‘You look like you’re 23, 25, or 30,’ suggesting that I appear younger than my actual age.” He added, “During travels, there have been occasions where I was ejected from nightclubs due to lack of identification, and at immigration checkpoints, my passport’s validity was questioned due to my youthful appearance.”

Brandao explained that he has not undergone any cosmetic surgeries to maintain his youthfulness. He stated, “I have never received Botox or fillers.” He emphasized the ten secrets to staying young that he presented on Instagram: “Exercise, skincare routines, healthy eating habits, and a positive mindset are the keys to staying young.”

He further stated, “I don’t feel old at all. I feel full of energy.” He emphasized, “A healthy diet and a positive mindset are more important than anything else.”

Brandao revealed, “Upon reaching 40, I became aware of the significance of maintaining good health, and since then, I’ve adhered to a workout routine for 17 years.” He disclosed, “Every day, I engage in 40-minute training sessions of strength and cardio exercises at the gym.”
