Girl group LE SSERAFIM has expressed excitement about entering the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time since its debut.

The title track “EASY” from LE SSERAFIM’s (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) third mini album has ranked no.99 on the latest (as of March 9) U.S. Billboard Hot 100—the Main Song chart.

It is the first time for LE SSERAFIM, who debuted on May 2, 2022, to enter the Hot 100 chart. They said through their agency, Source Music, on the 7th (Korean time), “Entering the Billboard Hot 100 has always been a dream we cautiously held in our hearts, but we never imagined it would come true so quickly. It still doesn’t feel real. We are proud and honored that many people have recognized our efforts.”

LE SSERAFIM added, “We are most grateful to our fans, FEARNOT, for their unwavering support. We will continue striving for excellence and do our best. We will become a team that loves and enjoys music, so please watch out for us.”

The group also shared their ambitions, saying, “We’ve been truly inspired gearing up for the release of our next track, “Smart.” You’ll witness the evolution of LE SSERAFIM on stage with “Smart,” so stay tuned for more incredible performances.”

LE SSERAFIM will perform their follow-up song on music programs, including Mnet’s M Countdown, KBS2’s Music Bank, MBC’s Show! Music Core and SBS’s Inkigayo will start on the 7th. They are the only K-pop girl group to perform at the “Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival,” the largest music festival in the U.S., on April 13 and 20.
