A post titled ‘My boyfriend of 3 years is getting married to my friend’ was posted on the office worker community Blind on the 21st.

The author, referred to as A, started by saying, “My ex-boyfriend, who used to work in professional soccer, was a flight attendant at LCC, and my friend has been running a flower shop for 20 years”.

She continued, “They are getting married in a large southern city in November. I’ve booked a salon to attend their wedding. The more I think about it, the angrier I get”.

The post immediately attracted the attention of netizens, and A later posted an update.

She said, “I exercised yesterday and drank coffee in a cafe. The weather was so nice that there seemed to be many happy people. But I thought, ‘Why am I so unhappy? Why did this happen to me?’ I was so angry and frustrated that I wrote a short post”.

A, whose boyfriend told her that he wanted to break up while they were dating, said, “It was so sudden for me that I asked him to explain why he could accept it, and he gave me a wedding invitation. I didn’t know. He was always busy, and I guess I was just naive and careless”.

According to A, her boyfriend and A’s friend had an affair behind A’s back. Eventually, they ended up planning a wedding after becoming pregnant before marriage.

Finally, A wrote, “All my friends have cut ties with me now, and no friend wants to go to the wedding. I said I wouldn’t go, but now I feel like I have to. I may have done something wrong, but even when I try to look at the situation objectively and rationally, it just seems too outrageous”.

Netizens who came across this story commented, “Don’t waste any more emotions and meet someone better and live happily as if to show them,” “Go in white and take revenge by looking prettier and brighter than the bride,” “It’s creepy that he gave her the wedding invitation outright,” “Meet someone better,” “They must have hit it off,” “Just forget about it and don’t think about it. That’s the best revenge”, comforting A.
