9-time offender for drugging and committing heinous acts against ex-girlfriend
Denies guilt despite CCTV evidence; victim demands severe punishment

A story of a man who allegedly drugged his ex-girlfriend with sleeping pills, took her to a motel, and raped her is causing public outrage as he maintains his innocence.

A woman known as Ms. A, who claims to have been raped by her ex-boyfriend, a man with nine prior convictions, recently posted on the online forum Bobaedream, “Last month, a criminal with nine prior convictions drugged my coffee at a cafe, made me pass out, kidnapped, and raped me.” She requested help to ensure the perpetrator faces severe punishment.

According to Ms. A, all the scenes, including her ex-boyfriend Mr. B drugging her coffee and switching it and the kidnapping of Ms. A after she lost consciousness, were recorded on the surveillance camera. Fortunately, Mr. B was able to be arrested and charged immediately.

However, Ms. A, who has been living through hellish days since the incident, stated, “The criminal shows no remorse and insists that he accidentally drugged the coffee and claims innocence,” adding, “I’m terrified that the court might accept this absurd claim. I’m scared that a lenient punishment might be handed to the criminal, and he might come after me.”

She also attached a petition for severe punishment and a link to the surveillance footage of the incident. The released footage shows Mr. B crushing sleeping pills and putting them into Ms. A’s coffee.

After drinking the coffee, Ms. A began to stagger, and Mr. B suggested they leave. When Ms. A could not maintain her balance, Mr. B helped her out of the cafe.

Mr. B then drove Ms. A’s car without permission to a motel. The motel’s surveillance camera captured a disoriented Ms. A being carried into the motel on Mr. B’s back.

Ms. A stated, “I was kidnapped and raped during the 11 hours I lost my memory. The defendant was charged with rape and assault but still claims innocence,” adding, “The defendant probably had a good time after committing numerous crimes, but I am spending painful nights with wounds that cannot be washed away.” She called for severe punishment.

YouTuber Gudae Yeok explained, “The perpetrator committed crimes such as special robbery, robbery, assault, joint assault, battery, violation of electronic financial transactions law, obstruction of business, drunk driving, etc.”

However, he is not a nine-time offender. Among his crimes, joint robbery and joint assault were committed during his juvenile years and were transferred as juvenile protection cases, leaving no criminal record. The assault case was dismissed due to lack of prosecution. In the end, only six were recognized as previous convictions.

Gudae Yeok emphasized, “Ms. A is afraid that the perpetrator might come after her for revenge after receiving a lenient punishment. A severe punishment must be imposed to prevent him from even considering retaliation.”
