The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2023 is currently in full swing in Dubai. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, introduced the Fitness Challenge in 2017. It is an annual event where all participants exercise for 30 minutes every day for 30 days. This year, the challenge takes place from October 28 to November 26.

Throughout the Fitness Challenge in Dubai, organizers hold free lessons, group fitness classes, and sports events daily. They conduct yoga, cycling, dance, and high-intensity interval training programs. All locals and tourists can experience sports and wellness during this period.

Many consider the Fitness Challenge as one of the signature events of November.

Meanwhile, a video posted on the official Instagram of the Dubai Fitness Challenge has created a buzz.
Two balloon-like structures were flying against the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa, which stands at 2,717 feet (828m).

It drew attention as four people appeared to be pedaling in the sky. This was an event to promote Dubai Ride. When the video was released, its appearance of real people riding raised questions about whether people were actually on board.

During the Dubai Fitness Challenge, you can exercise anywhere in the city. Free outdoor exercises include calisthenics equipment, basketball courts, and skate parks. Free fitness classes are held at JBR Beach.

During the Fitness Challenge, you can enjoy six-hour fitness activities every Friday and Saturday on the grass. With activities like Zumba and trampoline, anyone can participate. JBR Beach is a public beach where you can see the world’s largest Ferris wheel. You can also enjoy water sports and parasailing. You can even lie on the beach and leisurely sunbathe. If you visit here during the Fitness Challenge, you can experience a different landscape.

On the event’s last day, the Dubai Run is held, allowing families and friends to run together. The wide E 11 road (Sheikh Zayed Road) is closed for this event. It’s a once-a-year opportunity to run while looking at the cityscape. You can choose from a 5km (3.1-mile) or 10km (6.2-mile) course.

Once inside, you can see landmarks such as Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab at a glance. You can take in the fantastic skyline and the Persian Gulf in one view. The open view is genuinely astonishing. You can enjoy a panoramic view from a great height.

It feels as if there is no boundary between the pool and the sky. The view of Palm Jumeirah spread out right in front of you is charming.

The national news

Primarily, it is recommended to visit Aura Skypool at sunset. Although it is beautiful during the day, the sunset blending with the skyline creates a magnificent scene. Before visiting Aura Skypool, it is recommended to reserve lounge seating.

Even if you don’t use the pool, you can visit The View at The Palm, a 360-degree observation deck.
You can enjoy the scenery more leisurely here. Aura Skypool opens at 10 a.m. every day and operates until sunset.

Meanwhile, Aura Skypool offers yoga classes six times a week. Many people participate because you can take yoga classes with a spectacular view in front of you. With the vast scenery as a backdrop, you can have a more focused yoga class.
