She expressed, “I’ve persisted, but now I have reached my limit,” and added, “Even if I eat, I keep losing weight and faint from just a short walk, making daily life difficult.”

She continued, “As my health declines, my motivation shrinks,” and advised her viewers, “Please, stay healthy.”

Pancreatic cancer refers to a malignant tumor that begins in the pancreas

The pancreas, located at the back of the abdomen, produces digestive enzymes for digestion and hormones like insulin and glucagon for blood sugar regulation.

The problem is that pancreatic cancer is often called a silent killer as it’s easily overlooked and discovered late.

Therefore, recognizing early symptoms and early diagnosis is extremely important.

Early symptoms are hard to detect as they are not distinct, but some initial signs may include abdominal pain, weight loss, jaundice, and loss of appetite.

The exact cause of pancreatic cancer is still not identified, but smoking, obesity, chronic pancreatitis, diabetes, and family history are pointed out as risk factors.

Although pancreatic cancer is a frightening disease, maintaining healthy lifestyle habits and paying attention to early symptoms for early diagnosis can increase the chances of recovery.

Therefore, maintaining healthy lifestyle habits plays an essential role in preventing pancreatic cancer.

Some experts recommend consuming fiber-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Also, avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, as well as maintaining a healthy weight through physical activity, is determining.

The cure rate for pancreatic cancer largely depends on early detection and treatment.

If pancreatic cancer is detected early and receives appropriate treatment, the 5-year survival rate can be significantly improved.

However, it’s usually discovered late, making treatment difficult and the risk of recurrence high.

Therefore, it’s a priority for those at high risk to regularly undergo health check-ups to detect early.
