On Wednesday, Bloomberg reported that Amazon, the world’s largest e-commerce giant, is set to launch a web store featuring ultra-low-priced products.

This web store, named Amazon Haul, offers ultra-low-priced items such as clothing, household goods, jewelry, and electronics priced under $20. Analysts suggest this move targets low-cost Chinese shopping platforms like Temu and Shein.

Amazon Haul will be accessible via the company’s smartphone app or mobile browser. According to Amazon, the shopping experience includes search, cart, and checkout so that customers can build up a great haul of items at low prices.

Amazon has announced that purchases from Haul will incur a $3.99 shipping fee. Deliveries are expected within 1 to 2 weeks. Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping.

Amazon stated, “We also hear from customers that sometimes they would love to shop ultra-low-priced products even if some of them take one to two weeks to arrive,” and added, “We continue to explore ways that we can work with our selling partners so they can offer products at ultra-low prices.”
