Starbucks Announces New Global Leadership Team

Starbucks has appointed new global executives.

On the 18th (local time), Starbucks announced a new global leadership structure by appointing Michael Conway as the CEO of North America and Brady Brewer as the CEO of Starbucks International.

Conway has been a Starbucks partner since 2013 and currently serves as a group representative of the international and channel development division.

Moreover, Brewer is expected to oversee the Asia Pacific, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Japan, and the company’s international licensing partner teams.

In addition, the China region will continue to be led by co-CEOs Belinda Wong and Molly Liu, who will directly report to Starbucks CEO Rakesh Narasimhan.

Starbucks also announced plans to appoint a global brand creative leader who will report to Narasimhan soon.
