2024 Korean Air has snagged top honors for its outstanding service in the U.S. and Australia.

The airline proudly announced that it clinched the title of Best Airline in the Business and First Class category for the second year at the 2024 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards organized by USA Today. Korean Air also claimed second place for Best Inflight Food and fourth for Best Cabin Crew.

Each year, USA Today ranks the top ten companies in various sectors—including airlines, airports, accommodations, and travel gear—based on reader votes.

This recognition reflects Korean Air’s commitment to enhancing passenger comfort through customer-centric services. The airline’s new Boeing 787-10 aircraft features Prestige Suites 2.0, designed to provide greater passenger privacy in line with current trends.

The seats in these suites fully recline to 180 degrees, allowing passengers to use them as beds for added comfort. Moreover, personal space beside the armrests has been expanded, and the seats are equipped with larger 24-inch monitors boasting 4K high-definition resolution and Bluetooth audio, enhancing the in-flight entertainment experience.

Korean Air has also introduced a vegan menu inspired by traditional Korean dishes and implemented a pre-order meal service for Prestige Class passengers, further demonstrating its commitment to service quality.

Earlier this year, Korean Air ranked second in the 2024 Airline Excellence Awards, organized by Australia’s Airline Ratings, and was recognized as the Best Long-Haul Airline in North Asia.

In the same month, the airline received the top award for Best In-Flight Dining Menu in First Class at the 2024 Leisure and Lifestyle Travel Awards, organized by Global Traveler.

Korean Air plans to consistently enhance its customer service quality to evolve into a leading global airline in the aviation sector.
