American billionaire Bryan Johnson, who invests $2 million annually to reclaim his youth, has sparked conversation by sharing his physical transformation on social media and conducting a poll asking when he looked his best.

According to Business Insider, Johnson posted photos of himself from 2018, 2023, and 2024 on his X on the 10th.

Alongside the photos, he stated, “Even my Face ID is confused. I am changing,” and asked netizens to vote in the comments on when they thought he looked his best.

Of the nearly 44,000 netizens, more than half (51.3%) selected his appearance from 2018, before he began his rejuvenation project, as his prime. After that, 39.3% chose his look from this year, while only 9.3% selected the one from 2023, when he had the least fat on his face.

Johnson, born in 1977 and 47 years old this year, became a billionaire when he sold his online payment platform company, Braintree, to eBay in 2013 for $800 million. Since 2021, he has spent $2 million annually in an attempt to reverse his physical age to that of an 18-year-old.

Johnson’s primary physician revealed last January that his heart age is 37, skin age is 28, oral health is at a 17-year-old level, and lung capacity and stamina are at an 18-year-old level.

He goes to bed by 8:30 p.m., consumes 2250 calories between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m., and has focused thought time for 4-5 hours. He works out at high intensity three times a week, doesn’t drink alcohol at all, and takes a whopping 111 supplement pills a day. He also receives daily body fat scans and regular MRI examinations from a medical team of 30 doctors.

Last May, he made headlines by drawing nearly 1 liter of blood from his 17-year-old son’s body and transfusing the plasma into his own body. He also used the same method to draw his blood and transfuse it into his 70-year-old father.
