The Global Popstar Jung Kook is maintaining a long-run popularity on the U.S. Billboard chart.
According to the latest chart (as of February 10th) announced by the U.S. music specialist media Billboard on the 6th (local time), Jung Kook’s solo album “GOLDEN” ranked 71st on the main album chart Billboard 200. Thus, “GOLDEN” remains the record for the longest-charting K-pop artist album on Billboard 200. The title song of this album, “Standing Next to You,” ranked 94th on the main song chart Hot 100, staying on the chart for 13 consecutive weeks alongside the album.
Jung Kook was also consistently popularized on Global 200 and Global (Excluding the U.S.). The solo singles “Seven (feat. Latto)” (ranking of 28th), “Standing Next to You” (ranking of 31st), and another solo single “3D (feat. Jack Harlow)” (ranking of 88th) were on the Global 200, and on the Global (Excluding U.S.), “Seven” (ranking of 21st), “Standing Next to You” (ranking of 25th), and “3D” (ranking of 57th) were evenly distributed.
Meanwhile, the title song, “Like Crazy,” from Jimin’s first solo album, “FACE,” ranked 107th and 159th on the Global (Excluding U.S.) and Global 200 charts, respectively, charting for a total of 45 weeks.
