Daniel Kim Views

SBS

Joy from the K-pop girl group Red Velvet is known for her bold and easygoing personality. In the past, when she appeared on MMTG, she was asked about the moment she thought she was really awesome back then. She mentioned the time during the “Peek-A-Boo” activity.

When a photo of her from that time was shown, she was initially embarrassed and exclaimed, “Oh my, what’s with my armpit?” However, she quickly recovered and made a surprising comment: “But you know what, raising your armpits makes the photos appear better.”

Everyone else watching couldn’t help but be embarrassed by the situation. However, Joy didn’t mind and made such a remark that devastated the shooting site.

“There seems to be a certain charm that comes from the armpit.
Pheromones.”

Joy’s praise for her armpits didn’t stop there. She revealed that she tries to appeal to others by tying up her hair and unconsciously exposing her armpits, to which Seulgi responded in surprise, “You think armpits are charming?”

Believe it or not!

Joy playfully said, “Believe it or not.” In an interview with Elle, she also emphasized, “When I like someone, I tend to tie up my hair or do something to show off my armpits.” It seems she really is serious about armpits.

Joy is known as the top real-life beauty of girl groups with her tall, slender 167cm stature and striking features. She particularly looks good in sleeveless and off-shoulder tops. Could it be that her boyfriend, Crush, has also fallen for Joy’s deadly armpits?
