BTS RM Breaks Into Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100 with Latest Track!

Daniel Kim Views

The pre-release track “Come Back to Me” by RM from BTS has gained remarkable success on the major U.S. Billboard charts.

According to the latest charts released by U.S. music media Billboard on the 21st, RM’s new single “Come Back to Me” from his second solo album Right Place, Wrong Person ranked third place on the Bubbling Under Hot 100.

The Bubbling Under Hot 100 ranks songs that missed entering Billboard’s main song chart, the Hot 100. Considering his absence from activities and the fact that the album has not yet been released, it suggests his enduring popularity.

The song entered the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl U.S. charts at 24th and 16th places, the highest rankings for any of RM’s solo songs on these two charts. Unlike the Hot 100 which combines broadcast scores and album sales, Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl U.S. charts are based on online streaming and digital sales from over 200 countries and regions worldwide.

Meanwhile, RM re-entered the Artist 100 at 55th place, and several BTS members continued their march on the U.S. Billboard charts with solo activities.

Jungkook’s solo single “Seven (feat. Latto)” and the title track “Standing Next to You” from his solo album “GOLDEN” ranked 77th and 146th on the Billboard Global 200, and 41st and 80th on the Billboard Global Excl U.S. charts. V’s digital single “FRI(END)S” ranked 158th on the Billboard Global Excl U.S. charts and Jimin’s debut solo album FACE title track “Like Crazy” ranked 167th.

J-Hope’s special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1 ranked 15th on the World Albums and 36th on the Top Current Albums.
