W Korea revealed a new photoshoot featuring Kim on their website and social media platforms, including Instagram, on August 31.

Wearing various Louis Vuitton pieces, Kim showcased her unique charm. She posed with a model gun aimed directly at the camera and struck shooting poses while wearing the shooting glasses that had previously attracted attention.

Kim gained additional fame when Elon Musk commented, “It would be great to see a shooting world champion in an action movie. Kim should be cast in an action film. Acting is not necessary.”

Reacting to the news, Kim told W Korea, “The first thought that came to mind was, Why me? I’m still curious why Elon Musk mentioned me. I’ve been shooting since middle school, and nothing has changed.”

She explained her decision to participate in the photoshoot as follows: “The public’s memory of Olympic stars is shorter than expected. I thought that the more I appeared in the media, the more people would associate me with shooting.”

Kim expressed, “I want to remain known as Kim Ye Ji, who is great at shooting. My goal is always to surpass myself, whether in terms of records or as a person.”

Kim is receiving numerous offers to appear in advertisements and TV programs. Reports indicate she is negotiating over 20 proposals for advertising roles from the food and gaming industries. She has also signed up with a talent management agency to manage her busy schedule.

Kim Ye Ji, the silver medalist in the 10m air pistol event at the Paris Olympics, made headlines for missing a shot in her main event, the 25m pistol, which resulted in a score of zero. She remains optimistic, stating, “That one shot wasn’t my last,” and has vowed to prepare for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
