On the 17th, BTS’s agency Big Hit Music announced on the fan community Weverse, “Suga will fulfill his military duty starting from the upcoming 22nd.”

According to Big Hit Music, no separate official events will occur on the day of enlistment and entering the training center.

Big Hit Music stated, “During Suga’s alternative military service period, we kindly ask fans to refrain from visiting his workplace and instead send warm farewells and encouragement.”

They added, “Please be aware of any damages caused by unauthorized use of the artist’s intellectual property, such as various tours or package products. We will take appropriate measures against commercial activities that unlawfully utilize the artist’s intellectual property.”

Suga is the third member of the group to fulfill his military duty. Previously, Jin enlisted in December last year, and J-Hope enlisted as an active-duty soldier in April.

Hello.

This is Big Hit Music.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who always love BTS, and provide you with follow-up information regarding SUGA’s military service.

Starting from September 22nd, SUGA will fulfill his military duty.

There will be no separate official events on the day of enlistment and the day of entering the training center. We kindly ask fans to refrain from visiting SUGA’s workplace during his alternative military service period. We request warm farewells and encouragement towards SUGA.

We also ask you to be careful not to cause any damages by unauthorized use of the artist’s intellectual property, such as various tours or package products. We will take appropriate measures against commercial activities that unlawfully utilize the artist’s intellectual property.

We ask for your unwavering support and love until the day SUGA completes his military service and returns in good health. We will spare no effort in continuously supporting our artists.
