[TV Report=Reporter Yubi-chui] Actor Ryan Reynolds, who built a jovial image through the ‘Deadpool’ series, confessed to struggling with mental health issues.

On the 9th (local time), 46-year-old Ryan Reynolds spoke about his mental health issues at the ’11th Bring Change To Mind’ event held in New York, USA. He has been doing his best to maintain his mood.

In response to a question about how he maintains mental balance, Reynolds honestly answered, “Frankly speaking, it’s not always good.” He added, “I definitely have my small rituals and there are a few ways that help me maintain stability and control my mind.”

Despite speaking calmly, Reynolds confessed, “Sometimes it’s really good, other times it’s not.”

When faced with situations he finds hard to control, Reynolds takes time to meditate. In a situation where he is increasingly losing control, he said, “I am somewhat aware of such situations and I am managing it as best as I can.”

On that day, Ryan Reynolds received the Robin Williams Legacy of Laughter Award from a mental health non-profit organization.

Meanwhile, ‘Deadpool 3’, featuring Ryan Reynolds, is currently in production. ‘Deadpool 3’ is set to be the first Marvel Cinematic Universe film to receive an R-rating. The movie is set to be released in 2024.

Ryan Reynolds, known for the ‘Gossip Girl’ series, met Blake Lively through the movie ‘Green Lantern: The Choice of the Ring’ and married in 2012. The couple has four children. Having welcomed a late baby ahead of their 11th wedding anniversary this year, they are considered one of Hollywood’s representative lovebird couples.
